Another Good Review
Very happy Masque of Desire got another good review from Love Romances. You can read the review here.
I also feel like I’m going to be sick when I read a review of my book. It’s because as a writer you sweat and slave over the piece, and to you it’s never finished. You just want it to be enjoyed and well received … but when it is and someone talks about it, well it makes me sick with worry. I get like a mini anxiety attack going.
Red usually checks them out for me before hand (yes I am a wussy) but she’s away and I foolishly opened the link and looked. You know like when you squish a spider, you know it’ll be gross but you just have to look anyways. Ya, that feeling.
At least this time (fingers crossed I haven’t had a bad one yet) it was good.

It’s like stage fright, Amy, but most peformers/artists have it. You are in great company! Your review is great! I can relate to having a review previewer. I have phoning-out phobia and sometimes I need my husband to make phone calls for me.
